The main difference between my own personal blog and the class wiki was that the wiki was much more interactive. A wiki would be better suited for group work/collaboration, as everyone can add and edited the same document.
I think that Facebook would be the best form of social media for a public library. Not only is it the most used social media, but it is also very convenient. Having the library posts pop up in someones news feed is much more user-friendly than if you had to relied on the public searching for your blog.
A blog would be useful for a library if you wanted to write longer posts. On Facebook it would be better to keep things short and sweet so people don't lose interest, but on a blog you would be able to go into more detail.
