The photo sharing Social Media site Flickr is simple to use and also the "Any license" option is a really good idea if you are trying to find images with a certain copyright law attached to them.
It would be useful for a library as photo sharing sites are very popular at the moment, so it would be a great way to engage with the public. It could be about events happening in the library, services they provide or even humor to keep their patrons entertained!
I really prefer pinterest over flicker!!!
